Fresh Homemade Tomato Juice
This simple tomato juice recipe is refreshing, nutritious, and easy to make at home.
Ingredients (2–3 Servings)
6 medium ripe Tomatoes
1 cup cold water (adjust as needed)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt (optional)
A pinch of black pepper (optional)
A few ice cubes (optional)
Method 1: Blender Recipe
Step 1: Prepare the Tomatoes
1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
2. Remove the stems.
3. Cut them into quarters.
Step 2: Blend
1. Add the tomato pieces to a blender.
2. Pour in the water.
3. Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
Step 3: Strain (Optional)
1. Place a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl or jug.
2. Pour the blended mixture through the strainer.
3. Press with a spoon to extract more juice.
