Tips for the Best Stuffed Pepper Pasta
- Use a mix of red, yellow, and green bell peppers for the best flavor and color.
- Don’t overcook the peppers—they should stay slightly crisp.
- Freshly grated cheese melts more smoothly than pre-shredded cheese.
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- To make it vegetarian, replace the meat with mushrooms, lentils, or a plant-based ground meat alternative.
