The strong smell came from the old materials stored in the hidden room—aged wood, paper, and chemicals from the preserved documents.

Daniel spent weeks reading through everything. What started as a strange smell became a journey into the past. He contacted relatives of the former owner and returned many of the photographs and letters to them. The discovery brought a forgotten family history back into the light.
