⏰ What if you regularly drink too little?
Occasionally forgetting to drink enough may cause temporary symptoms that improve after you replace the lost fluid.
But repeated or significant dehydration is different. Recurrent dehydration can put additional stress on the kidneys and can be particularly dangerous for people who are older, very young, exercising in heat, sick with vomiting/diarrhea, or taking certain medications.

🚨 When dehydration becomes an emergency
